Recent Work Highlights

  • We represent a private prisons owner with inmate lawsuits concerning alleged violations of the First and Eighth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
  • We represented a retailer in a multi-million dollar data privacy action. The retailer suffered data security breaches after a criminal hack of its payment-card network. Card brands levied assessments against the payment-card processor, who withheld funds due to the retailer to reimburse itself. The retailer sued the processor for breach of contract.
  • We represent a children’s hospital in the $8 billion expansion of its research facility providing construction litigation counseling services.
