We provide specialized advise to mining and hydrocarbons companies on all areas of law related to their activities (corporate governance, labor, taxation, regulatory, arbitration, social responsibility, public consultation and the like). Clients include three of the major mining foreign investment in Bolivia, two similarly significant in the hydrocarbons industry and one in electricity generation feeding the national grid. Occasionally we provide advice to the National Association of Medium Miners, which gathers the main large private investment in the area.
