Indeed Partners of BSP regularly serve as arbitrators in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
We also encourage alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes such as mediation, conciliation and negotiation, with the aim to alleviate cost burdens and to offer a faster and confidential alternative to traditional litigation.
