Retail and development work remains a key focus for the team which enjoys instructions from a whole host of household names as well as a number of top end luxury retailers many of whom have high value properties in the most prestigious streets in London. 

The work for our retail clients continues to focus on not only opposed and unopposed renewals, but also dilapidations where we have seen a high rise in instructions over the year with large complex instructions from both private and public sector clients. Our innovative fixed fee dilapidations product launched last year to support clients and building surveyors to minimise upfront costs has proved most popular. 

Public sector and health clients also feature heavily in the team’s work. Central government work has become an increasingly important part of the team’s public sector offering.

We continue to represent clients at almost all levels with current claims in the county court, high court and Court of Appeal.
