Rebecca Fitzpatrick is a pre-eminent mental health lawyer with significant experience representing both public and private sector clients in inquests and Court of Protection applications. She advises on a range of sensitive matters involving vulnerable individuals, including conditional discharge, deprivation of liberty and community care issues.
