Brooks Pierce is known for representation of debtors-in-possession, creditors, or trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases in complex bankruptcy litigation. This includes "bet-the-company" litigation for the survival/reorganization of the Chapter 11 debtor-in-possession, determinative of any return to creditors for a trustee, or defending similar claims filed against creditors and other parties dealing with such debtors-in-possession and/or trustees.
