Our experience includes equity and financial restructurings, enforcement and formal insolvency appointments, contingency planning, business loan and asset sales/acquisitions arising from insolvency or non-performance, asset recovery and challengeable transactions. We also advise directors on their duties, disputes, personal liability and disqualification.
