We deliver dispute resolution services to a wide variety of banking and financial services clients, not only in mainstream areas of banking contract disputes and regulatory matters, but also in professional negligence claims involving financial services advisers. 

Through secondment placements that our lawyers engage in, we have insight on current thinking within the industry, on issues such as security in the application of banking technology, which assists clients in all sectors.

Our litigation services are not exclusively court-focused; we have significant mediation experience within the team, with a strong record of securing successful outcomes for clients at mediation.

Our litigation lawyers collaborate with colleagues within the firm’s wider banking & finance, tax, IP and technology and outsourcing teams, to provide our clients with additional expertise and insight. We also work closely with our solicitor advocates, who have experience in dealing with commercial disputes as advocates as well as supporting clients in drafting written pleadings, providing formal opinions and in advisory work.
