Our litigation services are not exclusively court-focused; we have significant mediation experience within the team, with a strong record of securing successful outcomes for clients at mediation.

Our litigation lawyers collaborate with colleagues within the firm’s wider banking & finance, tax, IP and technology and outsourcing teams, to provide our clients with additional expertise and insight.
