The Private Real Estate team includes ranked and award winning Partners. We are team of 26 - 5 Partners, 8 solicitors, 5 CILEX, a trainee, a paralegal and support staff. The London Office primarily act for High and Ultra Net Worth individuals, corporates, investors and trusts buying and selling property in prime and super prime central London. We are recognised for our expertise in lease extensions, enfranchisement, refinancing, block management and SPV asset purchases. We are market leaders in residential rural property matters and landed estates.

Broadfield UK (formerly BDB Pitmans) is not tied in with any particular agents nor do we represent a particular Landlord, which sets us apart from all other Band 1 and Band 2 firms. Accordingly, we look after an array of clients, advise on a spectrum of considerable legal issues and tackle differing client needs (often cross departmentally). We are one of the few firms in the City to have a committed and strong Private Client offering.

Many clients are off shore and we work alongside the Private Wealth department to collaboratively advise on our clients’ ever increasing need for tax efficient structuring. We work very closely with overseas advisers and our in-house accountant, as well.
