Our team advises on a wide range of financing transactions, representing mainly borrowers and issuers.

The firm assists clients in structuring, negotiating and implementing traditional commercial credit arrangements (bilateral or syndicated, secured or unsecured), as well as assisting clients in acquisition financing (particularly for LBOs), project financing, asset financing, etc.

With respect to capital markets, the firm advises issuers and investors in transactions involving a variety of financial instruments, in private placements and public offerings.

The team also regularly advises on financial restructuring involving recapitalisation, debt-to-equity swaps, as well as the issuance of complex debt instruments.
