BCVL also represents Aliança Energia before the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) in regulatory matters related to the impacts of the disaster on the concession contract for the exploration of the hydroelectric plant.

- Represents CPFL Energia in a dispute resolution involving an EPC Turn Key contract for the construction of a hydroelectric plant.
