Bradley's Antitrust and Competition Practice Group counsels clients on compliance with national antitrust laws and provides creative solutions to competition issues arising from business operations. Their attorneys routinely represent clients in traditional antitrust activities at the local and national levels, in front of U.S. federal agencies regarding Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigations. They serve as local counsel for clients requiring knowledgeable lawyers with in-depth experience before the relevant federal district courts, particularly in the Southeast region.

They represent clients with regard to anticompetitive practices, investigations, and merger investigations for public and privately held companies. This extends to trade associations in a range of industries that are subject to scrutiny by the DOJ or FTC.
