-Represent former African American student-athlete as appellant in Ninth Circuit appeal from district court approved multi-billion dollar settlement. In re: College Athlete NIL Litigation, Nos. 25-3722, 25-3835, 25-4150, 25-4190, 25-4218 (9th Cir.), on appeal from the Northern District of California, Case No. 4:20-CV-03919-CW.

-Represent certain African American student-athletes in amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in NCAA v. Alston, 141 S.Ct. 2141 (2021), related to amateurism and compensation for athletes (J. Kavanaugh cited our amicus brief in his concurrence).

-Represent Cigna in connection with third-party subpoenas in two antitrust cases in federal court in Florida - Powers v. Health First, Inc. No. 6:23-cv-00375 (M.D. Fla); Colucci v. Health First, Inc., No. 6:21-cv-00681 (M.D. Fla.).

-Represent Wesley Financial Group in Wesley v. Diamond Resorts U.S. Collection Development, LLC, No. 6:23-cv-02361 (M.S. Fla).
