Our team assists companies (i) in setting up their internal procedures, including for complying with anti-money laundering and anti-bribery laws and regulations, (ii) in creating a compliance department, (iii) in connection with controls and follow-up controls undertaken by the French Anti-corruption Agency, (iv) in performing compliance and anticorruption M&A due diligence and (v) in performing/supervising their internal investigations and training programs.

We also act in proceedings for breach of probity, whether involving corruption, influence peddling or unlawful acquisition of interests. We assist our clients on regulatory matters and appear before all independent administrative authorities.
