Nancy Golding is "gold standard," according to a source. Golding is based in Calgary, and is the family wealth counsel group's Alberta regional leader. Another source says: "She is very capable, a formidable opponent and I like that - I like having someone who knows what they're doing on the other side. She is competent and this gets us a resolution quicker."
Pamela Cross "is one of the best at the firm," according to a source, who adds: "She is a very strong practitioner with a very good expertise." Cross advises affluent individuals on estate, trust and tax planning. "She is very good and very strong," one commentator remarks; "she has good technical skills and she is very personable. She is very good at what she does."
Ruth Spetz is a partner in the firm's Calgary office. "She is strong and a leader in the Alberta market," an interviewee comments, adding: "She knows her stuff inside and out." Another source notes that "she is very good for wills, she is excellent."
