Our lawyers have longstanding experience with matters involving the US Environmental Protection Agency and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. We also advise public entities and private parties on the environmental impact review process under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). Our practice is a leader on the use of permits, consent orders and voluntary cleanup agreements to manage environmental risk and liability as well as New York State's Superfund.

To increase our knowledge and experience to better serve you, our attorneys head environmental and legal professional organizations, such as the Environmental Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and serve on the Section’s Executive Committee. Our attorneys are frequently asked to speak and write about environmental issues and are well respected by state and federal regulators.
