Our International Arbitration team has received the highest recognition at a national, regional and international level for having acted in complex arbitration cases regarding investment and commerce in the past decades.

Our strength regarding economic regulation together with our arbitration experience have enabled us to handle many of the most relevant cases regarding high-impact government intervention measures, including among others those related to the control of prices and rates, subsidies, and regulatory expropriations.

We regularly act as attorneys, arbitrators or experts in commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under arbitration rules such as those of the CCI, CPA, CIADI, LCIA and UNCITRAL.

Our local experience is equally extensive in arbitration centers such as the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (ICC Argentina), the Business Center of Mediation and Arbitration (C.E.M.A.) and the General Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
