Legal Tender Support
In close cooperation with the client’s tender team and management we provide legal quality assurance and strategic advice. Our services may not be justified in all tendering projects but the service is scalable and can be adapted to the client´s requirements in different public procurements depending on complexity and risk. Usually, however, we work with projects of significant importance to our clients.
Legal Procurement Compliance Support
In large procurement projects we work closely with the contracting entity to decide on the type of procurement procedure, to assess and help draft tender requirements and evaluation models and to secure procurement law compliance.
Public Procurement Litigation
We advise suppliers as well as contracting entities to ensure the best possible outcome for our client. Our legal services include risk and case feasibility assessments and representation in procurement challenges, contract challenges, claims for damages and procedures regarding public procurement fines.
