  • Advising FASTNED on antitrust matters related to the construction, maintenance and operation of electric fast‑charging infrastructure at serviced motorway rest areas, including a multi‑year procurement law dispute before the Federal Procurement Review Body, the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, and the Court of Justice of the European Union
  • Representing EDEKA in several follow-on damages proceedings against Beiersdorf and L’Oréal
