In recent years, we have defended many consumer class actions, and have a good record at trial. Specifically, we have handled several cases under New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act and Truth-in-Consumer Contract Warranty Notification Act. We also have a dedicated team of lawyers focused on consumer finance litigation.

We have a strong construction litigation practice. Acting for architects, builders, developers, property owners, and property managers, we regularly litigate claims arising from construction defect and delay claims.

Our increasingly strong white-collar criminal defense practice takes in government investigations, internal investigations and represents companies faced with allegations of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.

We have vast experience in the New Jersey Tort Claims Act, and have worked on a number of these cases in recent years, including some that have gone to the Supreme Court.

Our top environmental litigation practice handles much Superfund litigation and toxic tort defense.
