Blank Rome represented Nooter LLC in long‑running insurance coverage litigation against Evanston Insurance Company arising from underlying asbestos claims. The Eighth Circuit affirmed a district court ruling preventing the insurer from relitigating coverage issues already decided in state court, following prior judgments establishing the insurer’s coverage obligations.
