Our expertise extends across all areas of commercial activity, from contracts for the provision of goods and services with the public or private sector, through to complex intellectual property and technology agreements, joint ventures, outsourcing arrangements and agency and distribution issues both in the UK, and cross border. We also ensure that our clients are aware of the regulatory issues applicable to their business practices, such as consumer protection, product liability, data protection and privacy and competition laws.

Given the firm's strong international connections and its wide client base, our work will often include working with our clients' own overseas advisors, or coordinating with lawyers and tax advisors through our international network (the Integrated Advisory Group - IAG) to enable our clients' legal needs to be addressed in whichever jurisdiction they may arise.
