Our team is one of the few teams on the market that primarily focuses on advising creditors and stakeholders in complex situations (banks, financial institutions, agents and collateral agents, trustees, creditors, public creditors, investment funds, suppliers, clients or strategic business partners of the distressed company).

 

We are recognized as one of the few teams that are equally skilled in litigation and complex transactional matters, both in financial and industrial restructurings. In addition, we offer our clients a leading expertise in fiducie (French trust) and in key sectors such as automotive, energy, aviation and retail.

 

Our choice to integrate an in-depth integration of finance lawyers (a partner, a counsel and 2 associates dedicated to financing) has been positively received. Such an integrated offer is rare on the market.
