• Our EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): To help organisations in their massive time-consuming SCC repapering exercises, Bird & Bird developed an award-winning SCC Generator Tool to automate the production of EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We were pleased to be awarded the Future of Legal Services Large Practice Award at the 2022 Legal Innovation Awards for the app.
• Privacy Solutions: We offer a bespoke privacy consultancy arm through Bird & Bird Privacy Solutions. The Privacy Solutions offering includes three key service lines including Outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO), EU & UK Representative Services; and a Privacy Consultancy Service.
