FOCUS

Advising creditors and companies (and their shareholders or executive bodies) on out-of-court restructurings and in insolvency proceedings, representation of creditors and protection of creditor positions in insolvency situations as well as advice on the granting and enforcing of securities, cross-border insolvencies, issues relating to capital maintenance, (vicarious) liability and rescission, reorganisations and refinancing, acquisition of non-performing loans, acquisition of assets or businesses from an insolvent estate or from sellers in financial difficulties (distressed M&A).
