Binder Grösswang advises clients on all legal aspects and issues of contractual arrangements regarding the marketing and web-related matters, product design and labelling as well as intellectual property. We check advertising campaigns with regard to unfair competition, e-commerce regulations and other advertising laws for their permissibility and represent our clients in proceedings arising from competition infringements or violations of their intellectual property or copyrights. The national and international protection of trademarks, product names and designs by registrations, monitoring and defence, as well as their protection and enforcement, constitute a further focal point of our activity. In addition, we give advice on agency, transfer, co-existence and licence agreements.
