BG2V’s Real Estate Department, managed by Quentin LEROUX and Woody GUIRAND, is recognized for its expertise and excellence in assisting a varied clientele, both French and international. 

 

The team of 6 Partners, 1 Counsels and 10 Associates, providing a full-service advice for complex real estate transactions (including Tax, Litigation, Town Planning and Environment aspects), has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. We support institutional investors (listed and unlisted property companies, REITs, insurance companies), investment funds, asset and fund managers, financial institutions, real estate developers and end-users.
