Public works:

The Firm provides a full range of assistance to private companies that carry out public works as part of real estate development transactions through tenders which are subject to the Code of Public Contracts. 

Building and Urban Planning:

The Firm assists its clients from the earliest stage of the project, by planning its strategic aspects, in order to ensure a complete and coordinated management of all the urban planning, building and authorisation procedures required for a successful investment. Starting from the complex program agreement, through the implementation of various planning instruments, up to achieving each individual building permit and specific administrative authorisation, the firm's lawyers assist clients by advising them on the action to be taken and providing confidence in relationship with the public authorities.
