Berman Tabacco has prosecuted some of the most significant securities class actions. For over 25 years, its securities litigation group has been retained by institutional investors: (i) to evaluate whether to pursue litigation; and (ii) to represent them in litigation they wish to pursue. Currently, the firm provides such services to over a hundred institutional investors, including many of the largest pension funds in the country. We believe that it is the quality of a firm’s legal acumen both prior to and during litigation that defines a top securities firm, and not simply the number of actions filed.
