  • Beck Redden served as lead appellate counsel for the plaintiffs in a personal injury lawsuit against Amazon in the Louisiana Supreme Court, with the court ruling favorably for the Plaintiffs, holding that Amazon is a seller under the Louisiana Products Liability Act and that Amazon may be liable for injuries if, subject to standards established by standard undertaking law, Amazon assumed a duty to identify and remove unreasonably dangerous products from its marketplace.
