About
Provided by BDGS Associés
BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice, comprising 15 lawyers, benefits from a unique position due to the experience of its partners Antoine Gosset-Grainville, Maria Trabucchi, Jérôme Fabre and François Gordon in all competition law and regulatory matters, including merger control, antitrust, state aid, private enforcement, sectorial regulation, as well as distribution law and foreign investments (FDI) reviews. Our Competition and Regulatory practice was also one of the very first to gain experience in the application of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation after its entry into force in 2023, and continues to develop this expertise.
The practice is particularly renowned for its work in complex merger control and foreign investments with a strong risk of prohibition or remedies. It is also at the forefront of State aid, advising several major French undertakings in this area. The team is also increasingly active and successful in the antitrust litigation field.
BDGS Associés’s Competition and Regulatory practice also has significant experience in sectorial regulation both nationally and at EU level, notably in the telecommunications, energy, transport and broadcasting sectors.
