Our attorneys have litigated more than 100 complex matters in federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent Office Patent (PTAB) and Trademark (TTAB) Trial and Appeal Boards, as well as on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
- Our patent professionals, many of whom hold advanced degrees, are fluent in all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. With emphasis in the chemical, biotechnology, electrical, mechanical technologies (including medical device and ornamental design), nanotechnology, pharmaceutical, and software areas, our patent practice has filed more than 6,000 patents in more than 80 countries since 2005.
