Adam Fletcher is a partner in the firm's Cleveland office. He regularly handles contentious and noncontentious bankruptcies, restructurings and receiverships. He often works with clients within the financial and retail sector, and has a niche servicing international clients.

Michael VanNiel, head of the Ohio bankruptcy department, handles both contentious and noncontentious bankruptcy work. He offers considerable experience in insolvency litigation, distressed M&A and workouts. His practice spans a range of industries including retail and manufacturing.

Alexis Beachdell has a wide-ranging practice spanning receivership proceedings, restructuring and bankruptcy litigation. She often works with private equity clients and tech companies, alongside manufacturers and debtors and is active in debt refinancing, portfolio managements and as bankruptcy counsel.

Scott Prince is an accomplished associate within the firm's bankruptcy department. He represents creditors' committees, debtors and lenders within restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He often acts for clients in the insurance, retail and hospitality space.
