Among recent major cases in which the firm has acted are Crociani v Crociani, Trilogy Management Limited v YT, Sheyko vs Consolidated Minerals, Dalemont v Senatorov, and Brazil v Durant.  The firm has also recently acted for the Kenyan Plaintiff CMC Holdings in a dishonest assistance claim against RBC Trust Company, and for the Plaintiffs in a breach of confidence and conspiracy claim against UC Rusal, both of which settled in 2021.
