We have identified the area of data privacy litigation, in particular mass data privacy litigation, as one of the key growth areas and will continue to grow significantly in this area through the further development of our LegalTech tools for litigation automation as well as through strategic new hires in our team.

In addition, AI, and AI litigation in particular, represents our strategic focus for the next 12-18 months. We anticipate that many of our clients will integrate AI systems into widely used applications and that a number of disputes will arise in this context. This applies to the area of data protection law, personality rights or media law as well as copyright.
