The team has substantial experience in advising on complex sale and acquisition transactions (including forward sales) and on major real estate development in commercial, residential, logistic and office projects. We apply our skills to the full cycle of real estate projects, providing a holistic approach and deep market knowledge.

We also help in negotiations and preparation of contracts with tenants, buyers and other parties involved in the project after the completion of property development, interested in acquiring or renting individual apartments or surfaces. Our team represents clients in negotiating lease agreements, acting on the side of tenants as well as on the side of developers.

We are known for our multijurisdictional capabilities and therefore we are often instructed by our clients to advise on transactions covering more than one jurisdiction. Our lawyers offer a unique combination of authentic local knowledge and global mindset and are dedicated to guiding clients in structuring, negotiating and executing transactions.
