Our projects practice offers clients a full range of advisory services and covers the many complex tasks involved in the development of such major projects, including the preparation of due diligence reports, the negotiation and drafting of EPC and O&M contracts, the creation of joint venture entities, the implementation of practicable tax structures, and the securing of financing from an optimal combination of sources. 

Our lawyers have extensive experiences on the full range of key legal, commercial, regulatory and financing issues connected with concessions, BOTs, BOOTs, DBFOs and PPPs, having advised concessionaires, public authorities and host governments, lenders and other financial institutions on many concession transactions and negotiations. We have advised on tender processes and complex procurement approaches as well as drafted, negotiated and reviewed concession, construction, operation and other agreements in relation to a wide range of projects.
