In Greater China, the Firm's IP practice has over 40 dedicated IP professionals with over 40 years of expereince. In addition, our experience and ability to conduct IP audits, provide patent validity and infringement opinions and the ability to assist on litigation as well as transactional IP matters enables us to provide a full range of top tier IP services to all of our clients. 

We established Baker & McKenzie IP Agency (Beijing) Company Limited in Beijing and Shanghai to handle PRC trademark, copyright and enforcement matters for our clients. Globally, our firm manages the portfolio of the world's largest trademark owner and the portfolios of several large brands, spanning over 200 jurisdictions. In total, our firm manages 450,000 trademarks worldwide.
