In trade disputes, we have a strong track record representing clients in customs and import consumption tax matters. Our team has also handled trade remedies including anti-dumping and CVD matters. Further, we have the ability to draw up on the expertise of our Dispute Resolution practice, which includes a former member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the WTO Dispute Settlement Division. 

The team also handles all aspects of strategic customs and indirect tax planning, compliance, audits and litigation. We have assisted in securing favorable customs rulings and provide clients with legal advice, audit assistance, and the preparation and filing of necessary customs and VAT documents.
