Our Competition team which currently have eight (8) full time competition lawyers is one of the strongest and most versatile competition practices on the Polish market. We advise clients on the full range of issues related to Polish and European competition and consumer law.

 

The scope of our antitrust expertise includes a leading market contentious practice, including antitrust litigation (also private enforcement litigation), cartel investigations, EU competition litigation and a strong and respected antitrust compliance, merger clearance, consumer protection and State aid expertise.
