Jointly headed by Bagus Nur Buwono and Enrico Iskandar, this practice focuses on integrated property projects in Jakarta's financial district. They represent clients in land acquisition, condominium development, and advise multinational companies on construction regulatory compliance.

We have represented a joint venture company between an Indonesian property owner/developer, Trivo Group and Daiwa House in developing an integrated super block residential, hotel and commercial complex, known as Sakura Garden City in East Jakarta.

The team continues advising and representing one of the largest Chinese State-Owned Company, China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) on various land acquisition, including the recent representation for concluding an approximately USD20 million acquisition of land for the development of condominium property in Jakarta. We have also been assisting and representing various multinational company, such as Long John Group and Thai Union Group, on significant land transactions in Indonesia. Other clients include the largest Indian construction company, Larsen & Toubro Construction, on a wide range of advisory of construction regulatory and compliance, incorporation of construction company and structuring a potential Joint Operation with State-Owned Institution in renewable energy project.
