The practice consists of a dedicated team with strong capabilities and impressive track record in handling a diverse range of project development and project financing transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border, complex, headline energy and infrastructure projects, cross-border project acquisition and transportation projects in the Asia Pacific region. We advise a broad range of clients, from project sponsors (regional and global utilities, oil and gas majors and NOCs, Japanese trading houses and infrastructure and energy funds), and project financiers (commercial lenders, MLAs and DFIs, and ECAs).
