Projects and energy-related work is at the core of OSP's business. Our practice is multi-disciplinary and covers the full range of transactional advice involved in projects and energy related matters, from project development advice (on regulatory, tendering, construction and corporate aspects) to project financing (both offshore and onshore). We advise across the full range of industries and projects which includes all major types of energy sources (from thermal power, renewables, upstream oil & gas, LNG) to transport infrastructure (rail, airports, toll roads) as well as minerals processing plants.

Our most recent relevant experiences includes advising: (i) Chiyoda Corporation on the project development of the USD 3 billion Freeport (Manyar) Smelter Project, a 1 million ton per annum copper concentrate smelting facility at the Java Integrated Industries and Ports Estate in East Java, Indonesia, (ii) Project financing of the Gorontalo and Lombok solar PV power projects, (iii) advising the consortium bidder on its bid to carry out a very significant development of LNG distribution and regasification network in Indonesia, and (iv) advising on the first 2 airport privatisations in Indonesia.
