Recent highlights include advising on the acquisition by PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) (Inalum) of a 51.2% interest in the Grasberg mine from Freeport McMoran, one of the largest M&A transaction in Indonesia history, which involved a diverse and large group of stake holders including numerous Indonesian government entities, the acquisition of the Pakkat hydroelectric power project, and advising on acquisition of 49% ownership in petrochemical industries in South Korea.
