Ashurst is highlighted for its work handling complex international derivatives and structured product transactions, including OTC derivatives, dim sum bonds and repackagings. Its Sydney and Hong Kong-based teams are well regarded for securitisation work, advising clients on a wide range of asset classes, and bespoke structures.
