  • Ashurst acted for White Oak Commercial Finance Europe (Non-Levered) in its litigation to recover over A$200 million from Insurance Australia, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance, Greg Brereton and Bond and Credit Company, arising from losses it suffered in connection with its investment in a trade debt securitisation programme.
  • Ashurst advised BMS Group on its recent acquisitions of Bluebook Insurance Brokers, Western United Financial Services, Austbrokers Coast to Coast, Gard Insurance and others.
