Overview

Ashurst's Korea Practice Group's has a dedicated Securitisation and Structured Finance team with very strong capabilities in handling high complex and multi-jurisdictional transactions in South Korea and other Asian jurisdictions. The transactions cover a full range of products from covered bonds to debt capital markets, securitisation, derivatives and structured products in the banking and financial services sectors.
