Our most recent relevant experiences includes advising China Development Bank in relation to the financing of Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway project, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in relation to USD 231 million to a gold mining company in Indonesia, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in relation to USD 350 million loan financing to PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, a group of national and international lenders (including CEXIM) led by DBS Bank Ltd in USD 565 million financing transaction for phase 2 development and construction of the largest alumina smelting facility in Indonesia, located in Kalimantan.
