We deal with all types of contentious and non-contentious insolvency & restructuring issues for businesses and individuals.

We act for Insolvency Practitioners, secured and unsecured lenders, landlord, trade creditors, businesses and individuals.

We draw on a multi-disciplinary team experienced in insolvency issues to help across a range of areas including restructuring, accelerated mergers & acquisitions, insolvent business and asset sales, distressed debt situations, managing the insolvency of customers or tenants and advising on directors’ duties.

We also advise on cross border issues in conjunction with our international network ADVOC. This enables us to advise clients located overseas to open insolvency proceedings in England and Wales, as well as clients based in the UK on cross border issues.
