Arteaga Gorziglia's Project Finance Team is very well known and recognized in Chile for creating and structuring ground-breaking finance structures for infrastructure projects in the country. Arteaga Gorziglia has vast experience in the financing, development, construction and operation of infrastructure (toll roads, highways, airport, seaports, hospitals) and energy projects (wind and solar farms, hydroelectric, oil and gas, thermoelectric, pilot projects related to green hydrogen, among others). This has allowed the Project Finance's Team of the firm to gain recognition in the market in the project finance field, and it is one of their founding practices.

The firm has participated in the first project finances structures for toll roads in Chile; the first issuances of bonds with the insurance of a monoliner company; the first issuances registered in the US under the 144A and Reg. S exceptions; the first syndicated loan with the insurance of a monoliner, among others.

Arnaldo Gorziglia, Head of the Department, is director of the Infrastructure Fund (Foinsa) in Chile and arbitrator in infrastructure disputes.
